1. Who We Are
Turtle Voyage ("the Game", "we", "us", "our") is an independent mobile game developed by PixelForgeApps (legal name: Adrian Burcin), an individual developer based in Romania, European Union.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Turtle Voyage mobile application available on the Google Play Store and any future platforms on which the Game is made available.
2. Data We Collect
Specifically, Turtle Voyage does not collect, process, or transmit:
- Your name, email address, phone number, or any contact information
- Your device identifiers (IMEI, advertising ID, Android ID)
- Your IP address or geographic location
- Your gameplay statistics, scores, or session duration
- Your device model, OS version, or hardware specifications
- Crash reports or diagnostic data sent to our servers
- Any financial information, payment details, or purchase history
- Any biometric, health, or sensitive personal data
- Cookies, tracking pixels, or similar technologies
The Game is entirely self-contained and operates without any network communication to our servers.
3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device
The Game stores the following data locally on your device only, using Android's standard local storage mechanisms:
- Your high score and total coins collected
- Sound mute preference
- Game progress (evolution stage, level)
This data never leaves your device, is never transmitted to us or any third party, and is deleted when you uninstall the Game.
4. Third-Party Services
The current version of Turtle Voyage does not integrate any third-party SDKs, libraries, or services that collect data, including but not limited to:
- Analytics platforms (Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
- Advertising networks (AdMob, Meta Audience Network, etc.)
- Crash reporting services (Crashlytics, Sentry, etc.)
- Social login providers (Google, Facebook, Apple, etc.)
- Cloud save or leaderboard services (Google Play Games, etc.)
If future updates introduce any such services, this Privacy Policy will be updated before the update is released, and users will be notified through the Google Play Store update notes.
5. Permissions Requested
Turtle Voyage requests the following Android permissions:

No other permissions are requested. The Game does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, storage, or location.
6. Children's Privacy
Turtle Voyage is suitable for all ages, including children under the age of 13. Because we collect no personal data from anyone, we are compliant with:
- The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA, USA)
- The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU/EEA)
- The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act equivalents in other jurisdictions
We do not knowingly or unknowingly collect personal data from children or adults. Parents and guardians can allow children to use the Game without concern regarding data collection.
7. Your Rights Under GDPR (EU/EEA Users)
As a developer based in Romania (EU), we are subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Since we do not collect or process any personal data, the following rights are fulfilled by default:
- Right of access: No data held — nothing to access
- Right to rectification: No data held — nothing to correct
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): Uninstalling the Game removes all locally stored data
- Right to data portability: No data held — nothing to export
- Right to object to processing: No processing occurs
- Right not to be subject to automated decision-making: No automated decisions are made

8. Data Security
Because we collect no personal data and operate no servers that store user information, there is no risk of a data breach affecting your personal information in connection with Turtle Voyage. Local device data (scores, preferences) is protected by your device's own security mechanisms (PIN, biometric lock, etc.).
9. Data Retention
We retain no user data on our systems because we collect none. Local game data (high score, preferences) is retained on your device for as long as the application is installed and is permanently deleted upon uninstallation.
10. International Transfers
No personal data is transferred internationally because no personal data is collected. The Google Play Store platform through which you download the Game is subject to Google's own Privacy Policy, which is separate from ours.
11. Google Play Store
Turtle Voyage is distributed through the Google Play Store. Google may collect certain data as part of the distribution process (downloads, ratings, crash reports submitted through the Play Store). This data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and is not under our control.
12. Future In-App Purchases
Future versions of the Game may include optional in-app purchases processed through Google Play's billing system. All payment processing is handled exclusively by Google. We do not receive, store, or process any payment card details or financial information. If in-app purchases are introduced, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- Note the changes in the Google Play Store update description
Continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
